For Super today I had 2 slices of Turkey loaf, about a cup of instant mashed potatoes, a cup of peas and corn. Than I went over to Amandas and did a 40min workout DVD. Than I had some popcorn a good amount more than I probally should of had and a glass of sugar free koolaid.
I started this all last week but today I started the blog.

Working out:

Today so far as of 4:20pm I have done 11,002 steps in which 8,229 have been arobic steps. I went for a long walk this morning. Than I walked to pick up the kids after school. My goal is to take long walks starting at 8am in the morning. Not sure what I will do once the weather gets bitterly cold. Hoping to find a treadmill cheap.


Food:

Well being I can't afford to buy "healthy" foods I am going to try the whole portion control. Which today all I have eatin has been 2 peices of white bread ( I know I need wheat) a little butter ( I know bad) and some Peanut butter. I did have a chocolate chip cookie too ( I know bad) I have drank a little bit of a strawberry bannana smoothie from the Daily Brew, and a 16oz glass ( guessing on oz here) of sugar free cherry koolaid.
